Pipework Fabrication

Rilmac have amassed the experience to undertake projects with varying degrees of complexity. Regardless of the size of the production run, we produce tight tolerance pipe weldments to ensure fit and function at customer assembly. We utilise advanced pipe cutting and welding processes as per the relevant code using certified welders. Rilmac Fabrication have also developed unique fixturing techniques.

Pipework Weldin and Threading

We are able to provide hydro testing, all other non destructive testing and pickling and passivating of welded joints. We are accustomed to fabricating large and small bore piping systems in carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome molly and almost every other type of pipe material. Our welding procedures specialise in the fabrication of process piping systems used for water, steam, condensate, chemicals, waste, gases and other industrial applications.

Rilmac Fabrication can repair or modify existing installations to the same exacting standards as we do in the supply of new installations. We can also arrange third party insurance.
