When working in the service industries Rilmac excel at, customer testimonials are of great importance.  Recently there has been some excellent feedback for Rilmac Scaffolding, underlining their commitment to customer service.  The latest Visiting Managers Report feedback from major construction company Wates is more than encouraging, and the results of a two year Supply Chain Performance review by Kier Living are approaching even the high targets Rilmac Scaffolding set themselves.

Daryl Green, of the Wates Group, not only responded positively to the ideas and suggestions put forward by Rilmac’s David Clarke in his latest Visiting Managers Report, he also added the comment, “Rilmac are one, if not the best, I have worked with.” when scoring the report as ‘Green with zero actions required’, the highest ranking.  Daryl also underlined David, and Rilmac’s understanding of the project and the extra challenges involved.

Meanwhile Kier Living have undertaken a full review of their whole supply chain, and testing performance across a series of key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).  In each area reviewed, for example ‘Health & Safety On Site’ or ‘Quality Of Workmanship And Materials’, a benchmark is set allowing Kier to rank all suppliers in the chain against each other fairly.  The results of this analysis are two key ratings, the first a ‘Variation % Of Contracts Let’, the second the on site BRAG rating.  In both these ratings Rilmac Scaffolding were ranked as ‘Good’, which is a very strong position in a competitive field.

Positive feedback, such as the comments from Wates, and the high scoring KPIs from Kier are why around 80% of Rilmac Scaffolding’s business is from repeat customers, a direct result of a client focussed strategy.  However, Rilmac know that it is never a good idea to rest on their laurels and will continue to strive to achieve excellent customer service for all their clients nationwide.
