Tom Walker has Rilmac running through his veins, almost literally as his Grandfather incorporated the family business nearly 60 years ago. For the past five years Tom has been working at all levels, which has included many different roles, across each division of the Rilmac group; Asbestos Services, Insulation, Fabrication, Scaffolding and Holdings. Getting his hands dirty in this way has given him a great insight in to the business and allowed him to learn from the bottom up.
However this has not been Tom’s only education while exploring the family business. For the past three years he has been working on a Diploma in Business Studies in his free time to add to his knowledge and skills. Tom recently passed his diploma with a distinction and is now looking to grow his role within the group bringing his newfound knowledge to the fore. Congratulations Tom!
