David Mason (Dave) joins Rilmac Insulation after nine years working for The City of Lincoln Council (Housing Maintenance). He becomes part of a tight knit team in the Insulation company as Contracts Manager. This is a post he is ideally suited for after his time with the council where, having started as an apprentice in business administration worked his way up to Business Services Manager with responsibility for such areas as procurement, fleet, project management and contract management whilst broadening his knowledge in Construction and Civil Engineering.

A local Lincoln lad David already knows several of the team at Rilmac, including SHEQ Manager Mick Davenport, Business Development Manager for the Insulation & Asbestos Services Division, Rob Harris, and Senior Contracts Manager, Richard Yorke. He is looking forward to mucking in with the Insulation team, supporting everyone else where he can, being a central point of contact for customers, and acting as an advocate for the group.

When not visiting sites for Rilmac David enjoys both fishing and football. He is currently on the roster at Newark Town, and looks forward to completing his coaching badges and moving coaching/managing one day in the near future having once run a local team with his brother. That is assuming his wife allows him the time!
