Rilmac Asbestos Services contracts manager, and keen cyclist, Richard Yorke faced down the wet weather, and 134 miles of hard riding, to take part in the annual Castle to Coast to Castle Charity Ride. The event, perhaps unsurprisingly, sees cyclists ride from Lincoln Castle, over the Lincolnshire Wolds to the coast, and back again. Despite heavy rain Richard completed the course in 7 hours and 19 minutes burning 5214 calories on the way. The whole event was full of good spirits and raised a lot of money for a number of local charities. Richard is now looking forward to his next event, when he’ll be riding Wales in a day!
